How to Delete Your Account

If you would like to delete your PlantiPal account and associated data, follow these steps:

  1. 1. Open the PlantiPal app
  2. 2. Go to Account Settings
  3. 3. Select "Delete Account"
  4. 4. Confirm the deletion request

Alternatively, you can request account deletion by emailing hello@plantipal.com from the email address associated with your account.

What Data Is Deleted

When an account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

  • •Account information (email address and profile information)
  • •Plant tracking history
  • •App usage data associated with the account

Data Retention

Some limited data may be retained for a short period for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance purposes. This data is automatically deleted within 30 days.
